Hi all... I need to re-sift through emails to get the final word on legs 6, 7 and 8. I'm not sure how many drivers we have, and one of my dogs just fell quite ill and needs to go to the vet's pronto. Let's say we probably need at least one driver on each leg, and we need Leg 12. As soon as I get back from the vet's I'll be back on it, and fill in driver ID's too.
***Run 1/2 hour later on Saturday: I will also email all volunteers to see if we can go a half hour later... dogs cannot leave St-Clairsville before 8:15 as shelter is locked up.

TIMES AND LEGS ARE VERY FLEXIBLE... PLEASE let me know if I should tweak something so it will work better in your area!
Drivers, please bring along a couple of slip leads or extra collars and leashes, water and a bowl. In order to avoid added stress to the traveling dogs, as well as possible fights or flight, we request personal pets be left at home during the transport. Children are very welcome but ONLY adults should be handling the dogs during transfers. Even nice dogs are stressed during a run, and may lunge in play or in fear. Collar snugness should be checked at every stop, and dogs should wear their leash at all times - except maybe Aggie the puppy, if she shows signs of wanting to chew it. ALL dogs must be double leashed during transfers (ie. use an additional slip lead) and during overnights, no exceptions. The number of lost dogs this Fall has been very high, let's work to bring those numbers back down for 2010.
