RESCUE: LOS ANGELES URGENT MIRACLE NEEDED...CA-2 MONTH OLD PIT PUP WITH INJURY!
Today at 12:40pm | Edit Note | Delete

PLEASE FORWARD/CROSSPOST TO SAVE THIS PUPPY

Additional info from forwarded messages:
-- $125 pledged to rescue for this puppy
-- euthanasia is scheduled for this weekend if not rescued or adopted

A1082765
(booked in as stray but is most likely an owner surrender) -- absolutely adorable 2 month old female staffie puppy with multiple fractures of both front legs. Was likely hit by a car or perhaps had a door slammed shut on its legs. Amazingly, this brave little puppy can still walk and jump and is incredibly happy despite her horrible injuries. Will need further orthopedic evaluation and likely surgery. She is doing great with lots of TLC and pain meds and needs a loving home.

PARIS - ID#A1082765
My name is Paris and I am an unaltered female, black and white Pit Bull Terrier.
The shelter thinks I am about 2 months old.
I have been at the shelter since Dec 19, 2009.

**PERMISSION GIVEN TO CROSSPOST**

Date of run: Sat/Sun, Jan 2/3rd
To/From: Nashville, TN - Waco, TX
ORIGINAL POST: Tuesday, Dec 30th

**If you are crossposting, please email us for an UTD run sheet**

Due to the large number of Yahoo! groups we belong to and the amount of
mail generated on these groups, it is impossible for us to keep up with
all of the mail. We are on "Special Notice" on most of the groups we
post our transports to and we'd hate to miss your offer to help, so
please email us directly at the email below if you are able to assist.
DO NOT respond to the list or we may never see your offer to help!

Hello Transport Drivers!

This run is coordinated by: Alan

ORIGINAL POST:

Above and Beyond English Setter Rescue is requesting your
assitance in getting Hannah from her tempo foster home to
her long term foster home in TX.

In Waco Hannah is joining another transport and that will get
her to her foster home in San Antonio.

Hannah is a middle aged girl who has had a rough life. She has
a heart murmor, is extremely thin and has a few other medical
issues. Her new foster mom is a vet so she will get the best care
possible.

Because of her issues we are making this a short 2 day transport.

As usual, ALL legs are f-le-x-i-b-l-e.

If you are in between stops, but willing to help, email us with your
location and we'll discuss the possibilities of rewriting the run sheet
to accomodate you.

Also, you all are out there driving and know your roads better than we
do. If you need extra time added to the leg, please let us know when
you
volunteer and we can tweak the times to account for construction and
high traffic areas.

REMEMBER!: Many of the groups that we coordinate for are 501c3
non-profit. IF YOU FILE THE LONG FORM, you can use your transport
services as a tax deduction.
